THE Gilbert and Sullivan society at the University of Exeter are this year celebrating their 45th anniversary.
And to mark this special birthday they are performing two shows.
The first is The Sorcerer, which will take to the stage at Reed Hall on the university campus from December 6 to 8. They will also perform The Pirates of Penzance at Exeter's Northcott Theatre, from February 12 to 16.
The group, who are the university's longest-running student performing arts society, bring to life the work of 19th Century satirist and composer W S Gilbert and Arthur Sullivan.
