Almost an acre of land with office facilities at Exeter Airport has been sold on behalf of Flybe to a local haulage company.
Alder King has secured the freehold sale of the former Fair Oak Farm for £360,000.
The land, converted farmhouse and additional portable buildings have been acquired as an investment by Exeter-based Forrest Transport.
The family owned company has retained Alder King to secure tenants for the office accommodation.
Scott Rossiter, partner at Alder King's Exeter office, says: "The office buildings and site attracted a lot of interest and resulted in a private treaty best bids process with the sale price achieving in excess of the original quoting price.
"This, together with a number of other recent investment sales achieved across the South West, is further evidence of increasing investor confidence in the property market."
Flybe retained out of the sale an area of car parking for the further expansion of its headquarters building Jack Walker House.
