A MAN has been charged with dealing heroin and crack cocaine on the streets of Exeter.
Abdi Yussef, 39, of South East London was due to appear at Exeter Magistrates Court yesterday (Tuesday) to answer the charges.
But he did not appear and his case has been re-listed for Thursday, May 29 when he will appear via video-link.
He is charged that on November 13 2013 at Exeter he had in his possession 10.39 grams in 55 individual deal wraps of diamorphine, a controlled drug of class A, with intent to supply.
He was also charged with possession of 11.39 grams in 66 individual deal wraps of "crack" cocaine, a controlled drug of class A, with intent to supply on the same date.
