A MAN has appeared in court after threatening to kill a member of the public with a knife in Exmouth.
Wojciech Zygadlo, who is in his 20s, was charged with two threats to kill and two affray charges following the incident at about 10.30pm on Saturday, August 24.
Zygadlo was reportedly walking along Hartopp Road in the Colonies area of the town, brandishing a knife.
Police officers, who were in the area at the time, arrested him at the scene and he was remanded in custody.
He appeared before Exeter Magistrates on Bank Holiday Monday and the case has been sent to Crown Court to be heard on September 19. He has been remanded in custody.
