CCTV released in bid to trace suspect of alleged Exmouth assault that left two injured

An image of a suspect wanted by police after an assault that left two victims injured has been released.

Officers said a male offender stood at the Number 9 bar with other people and without provocation assaults two people he was talking to.

They want to speak to a white male with dark hair wearing cheque shirt in relation to the incident.

The alleged assault took place at around 1.45am on December 7 2013. The image has been released as part of the Caught on Camera initiative, a new partnership between the Express and Echo and Devon and Cornwall Police.

A police spokesman said: “The identities of those shown below are sought in connection with enquiries. Members of the public should not approach anyone who they believe to be displayed in the images."

    I hope they get him soon and he receives the suspended sentence he is no doubt due.
