UPDATE: Casualty involved in serious Tiverton collision described as "critical"

One of the casaulties involved in a serious collision on the A361 near Tiverton is in a "critical" condition, while a second man is in a "serious" condition.
The two men, aged in their 40s and from the Tiverton area, were working on the highway when they are understood to have been struck by a van at around 11am yesterday.
A third man was described as being "walking wounded". The driver of the van, who is from the Saltash area, was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving. He has been released on bail until May 20.
