To Thabo... Much as I am sorry about the young woman loosing her life... It should not be the Governments responsibility to provide people with accommodation? When I was young and planning to marry, we didn't expect the Government to provide us with a house! We saved every penny for 3 solid years for a deposit for buying a house. This while we still lived at home with our respective parents. It's called self responsibility.

"Very savage and sad that this unfortunate young lady was crushed to death in her tent on the Western way bank. Hopefully now the local authorities will stop the homeless camping on the bank alongside Western way and find them a safer place to live. This Western way bank area has been used as a camping area for many years, as are some Exeter City council car parks in the City,it is a problem that needs to be addressed quickly. Our deepest sympathy goes out to the young ladies family." .
