VIV Worthington won the ladies' stableford silver division competition at Exeter Golf & Country Club thanks to an excellent 39 points.
Due to the 17th-hole being closed and a couple of temporary greens being in evidence, high scores were hard to come by.
However, Worthington's score gave her a narrow one-point victory over Sue Gannon. Jenny Paddon was a further two points behind in third.
Three ladies produced 34 points in the bronze first division, with Joana Pascoe taking the title over Janet Milford and Jenny Plummer on a countback.
Chris Norton produced the best score of the day with her 40 points, winning the bronze two division by three points over Kazzie Collison.
Tuesday's mixed competitions at Honiton Golf Club were won by Sue Ritchie and Phil Wall with 36 points.
The competition, which saw three new members welcomed to a field of 32, saw Margaret Black and seniors captain Bob Underwood claim second prize with a total of 34 points.
In the ladies' section, Tricia Swindell continued her winning streak with a well-earned first place in the silver division stableford with 37 points. Mona Carter was second on 36 points.
In bronze first division, Catherine Doherty came out on top with 33 points, while Lesley Oxenham was second with 32 points.
Susan Hyde won the bronze second division with 28 points. Second and third places were decided on a countback with Di Wall pipping Maureen Tollemarche to the post after both managed 27 points.
Andy Hill posted an excellent score of 44 points to win the men's January midweek stableford at Tiverton Golf Club.
The 19-handicapper secured the division two prize by four from Steve Jack and Roger Norton.
Tony Allsopp continued his fine form by winning division one with 42, underpinned by a one-under gross 70.

Jane Gould carded 38 points to win the ladies' January stableford on Wednesday.
The 17-handicapper had a two on the 14th and claimed the division one prize ahead of Alison Hilton (35) and Charlotte Snow (28).
Jan Cruse (31) succeeded in topping division two on a countback from Angela Short and Bridget Grieve.
In the nine-hole competition, Jo Lloyd-Davies (16) took the honours in front of Val Walker (15).
Last year's captain David Jack managed to score a total of 43 stableford points to emerge victorious in the third qualifier for the veterans' Duckworth Salver.
