Police are appealing for witnesses after burglars raided a shop in Exmouth and stole about £3,000 in cash just a week after it opened. The burglary at the Card Bar in the Magnolia Centre occurred between 4.30pm on Sunday and 8.45am on Monday. Officers would now like to hear from anyone who may have seen any suspicious activity. DC Damien Randall said: "There is a lot of speculation about what happened, but at the moment we are light on evidence." Anyone with any information should contact police on 101, quoting crime reference number, KE12/2783.
