Stressed out by Christmas shopping? Exeter Comedy Club has just the thing for you.

Instead of just one performance on one night the venue is staging four comedy clubs at the Corn Exchange on the run up to Christmas; from Tuesday, December 11, to Friday 14.

One of the club's organisers, Mark Farley, says the club is proving very popular.

"People just love the chance to see top stand-up performers live and because the venue is big enough for everyone to sit at a table and get an excellent view it just seems to work."

Each evening will feature four top acts from the national stand-up circuit in cabaret and the performers lined up for the Christmas specials are Mark Olver, Suzi Ruffell, Ivo Graham, Kockov, Tony Law and Adam Vincent.
