Jar and packet baby food has had more bad press recently with the news that firms such as Cow & Gate, Heinz and Ella's Kitchen have far fewer nutrients than homemade meals.
Offering an alternative is innovative food preparation system Fill 'n' Squeeze which makes meals and snacks healthy, easy and cost effective.
All parents have to do is put their homemade food into the Fill 'n' Squeeze jug, mash, fill the pouch, and then squeeze it out at feed time. The pouches can be frozen. A starter pack costs £19.99 and is available from Jojo Maman Bebe, Tesco online, Mothercare, and Argos.
