Police appeal after Exmouth dog attack

POLICE in Exmouth have issued an appeal after a dog attack earlier this month.

On Friday, May, between 6pm adn 7pm at the Imperial Recreation Ground, a man’s German shepherd bit a woman’s lurcher.

The owner of the offending dog is described as being a white male, in his 60s, 5’6” to 5’8” tall and of medium build.

He was wearing jeans and a jumper and spoke with a local accent.

Anyone who may be able to assist the police with their enquiries into identifying the owner of the dog should phone them on 101, quoting crime number, KE14/1077.
